FAQ's:

If this is your first time exploring the world of PJ, it is totally normal to have questions!!! Below are some of the most asked, if your question is not answered below, shoot me a message and I will do my best to get you an answer asap!

What if I change my mind, and don't want it to be permanent anymore? Or, what if I have an MRI or Surgery that requires me to remove my jewelry?

Not a problem!! A clasp can be added at anytime and re-welds are easy! Read below for how to best remove your jewelry if you ever need to, just remember, try not to cut the chain!

How long will my bracelet last?

This is the probably the hardest question to answer because it depends on SO many things! Your choice of chain, type of lifestyle and how rough or are not you are on your jewelry, if you swim in the ocean or perspire heavily, or wear daily wrist perfumes, lotions or oils....all of these things will factor in to the longevity of your jewelry! Is getting permanent jewelry safe?

YES*! The spark that is created during the welding process is VERY small. It is also over in milliseconds and it is completely harmless. We. have a protective skin patch that we place between the skin and the spark, but truly even without that, you won't feel a thing!

*The only "risk" I have heard of in regards to PJ is that individuals with implanted, internal defibrillators should avoid getting PJ, due to the welders use of energy. I am not entire sure it wouldn't still be fine, but out of a preponderance of caution, at this time I cannot recommend PJ to anyone with a pacemaker.

Is "Permanent Jewelry, really permanent?

Short answer...No, lol How you care for your PJ matters!! The use of lotions, perfumes, or body oils can lead to tarnishing of your Gold filled or sterling silver jewelry more quickly than "normal". Several factors contribute to the longevity of your jewelry, but overall is needs to be cared for like you would any piece of fine jewelry! Also, unless you choose solid 14k gold or stainless steel, some degree of tarnish/oxidation discoloration is normal after several months of wear. Often shine and color can be easily and restored with careful buffing with a jewelry cloth, and keeping your jewelry clean with mild soap and water, is the best way to keep your PJ looking beautiful for years to come! If you find your piece becomes significantly tarnished at any point, I am always happy to remove it, clean it for you and re-weld it back on!

Aftercare & Re-welds

Aftercare instructions to care for your Forever On jewelry will be provided to you so that you will know exactly how to best keep your jewelry beautiful for years to come!

If at any point you need to take your Forever jewelry off, maybe for a medical procedure or scan, you can always cut the tiny link with nail clippers or scissors, but do not cut the chain! When ready to wear it again, come back into the studio to have it re-linked for free! This is a service we have chosen to offer that will set us apart from other permanent jewelry artists in the area; we want you to be happy, forever!

* If you need alterations to the chain, or a solid gold ring, a small fee will apply for re-linking; otherwise, re-welds are on us!

** If your Forever On jewelry ever breaks at the link, save the chain and come back in! We will re-weld it for free, and provide you a free charm for your trouble! We stand behind our work and want you to love your jewelry just as much as the experience itself!

Forever On Warranty!

I believe in what I'm doing here, and I believe in the quality of jewelry I am creating for you to enjoy!! That said, some forever on jewelry is quite delicate by nature and most all of the chain selections need to be treated as you would all your fine jewelry! I do however pride myself on offering a warranty that I think sets me apart from many other PJ artists in the area and while my hope is you'll never need it, it's here if you do!!

*obliglitory fine print...I cannot accept returns or refunds on jewelry for terms not outlined in the above warranty, I cannot be responsible for any skin reactions or irritations that individuals may have as they are often related to lotions, perfumes, or aftercare of the jewelry itself and I cannot replace lost chains after 30 days from date of purchase.
